Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas and amenities across our multifamily communities. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks for vacants, and help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and prior property‑management or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and maintain curb appeal.
• Complete service requests as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Prepare vacants for move-in by cleaning and making ready areas; coordinate with teams.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Follow safety policies and attend routine safety trainings.
