Job summary

The Scion Group LLC in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Porter/Gatekeeper to maintain the property's common areas and support maintenance tasks. You will perform cleaning, landscaping, and light repair work in indoor and outdoor spaces to keep the community safe and welcoming.

This exempt, full-time role requires a high school diploma or trade school, one year of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school/GED or trade school diploma required.
• One year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance or related field.
• Ability to read instructions and document labor/materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property’s physical condition per SOPs, OSHA and standards.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor common areas.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas; sweep curbs, walkways, and stairs.
• Maintain/repair lighting, landscaping, irrigation and pool equipment as needed.
• Know emergency procedures and assist in safety and accessibility tasks.
