Qualifications

• High school or trade school diploma with relevant experience.
• Able to read instructions and document labor and materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property common areas per SOPs, OSHA, and standards.
• Perform physically demanding maintenance tasks and light repairs.
• Remove trash from common areas and keep walkways clear.
• Mow lawns, trim plants, and manage landscaping as needed.
• Maintain irrigation, lighting, and pool equipment where applicable.
• Know emergency procedures and safety practices on site.
