Qualifications

• High School/GED or trade school diploma required.
• 1 year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance or equivalent.
• Able to read instructions and document labor and materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of property per SOPs, OSHA and industry standards.
• Perform physically demanding tasks to maintain asset and minimize liability.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas continuously.
• Sweep and remove debris from curbs, parking areas, walkways and stairs.
