Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Porter/Gatekeeper to maintain the property's common areas, indoors and outdoors, and assist with general maintenance as needed. This role emphasizes attention to detail, initiative, and a customer‑centric approach in a residential setting.

You will perform indoor/outdoor cleaning, curbside upkeep, landscaping tasks, lighting maintenance, pool and spa care, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have basic grounds maintenance knowledge and the ability to operate common maintenance tools.
• Ability to read instructions and document labor and materials.
• Demonstrated punctuality, dependability, and willingness to work after-hours/weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property condition per SOPs and industry standards.
• Perform physically demanding maintenance tasks and landscaping duties.
• Remove trash, sweep areas, and keep curbs, walkways, and stairs clean.
• Maintain lighting, irrigation, and pool/spa equipment as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and on-call property emergencies.
