Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Porter/Gatekeeper to maintain the common areas of a residential property, indoors and outdoors, and assist with general maintenance tasks. This on-site, customer‑focused role demands initiative, attention to detail and reliable follow‑through.

You will perform cleaning, landscaping, lighting, irrigation, pool upkeep and safety duties, while serving residents and visitors with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school or GED or trade school diploma plus one year of grounds maintenance experience.
• Able to read instructions and document labor and materials clearly.
• Punctual, dependable and flexible for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property per SOPs and safety standards.
• Perform cleaning and grounds maintenance in indoor and outdoor areas.
• Remove trash, sweep, mow lawns, prune plants and maintain landscaping.
• Maintain exterior lighting, irrigation, pool and related equipment.
• Be prepared for on-call duties and respond to after-hours needs.
