Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure community grounds and amenities remain in top condition and to support the service team. The role involves daily inspections, litter removal, turnover prep for vacant units, and assisting the make-ready process to maintain curb appeal.

The associate will perform lock changes, ensure pool area gates meet codes, communicate with residents, and escalate hazards. A valid driver’s license is required for property operation.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash and prepares vacant apartments for turnover.
• Fulfills routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.

• Communicates notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
• Provides respectful resident interactions and handles complaints professionally.
• Complies with safety training and policies, attends required safety meetings.
