Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance/Service Associate to uphold property grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will support the service team and help ensure safety and cleanliness across the community.

Responsibilities include turnover prep, handling minor requests, and maintaining secure access and common areas. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for on-call hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.
• Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash and prep vacant apartments for turnover.
• Complete minor service requests and assist make-ready process.
