Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain curb appeal across our apartment communities in Bradenton, FL. You will perform routine landscaping tasks, clean common areas, and assist the Service Manager with minor repairs and make-ready work.

A strong focus on safety, resident service, and teamwork is essential. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and prior experience in property management or maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, and up to 150 lb with assistance.
• Basic computer skills for company software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Ensure all common areas, office space, and amenities are neat and free of litter inside and outside at all times.
• Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster/storage area, and clean and maintain dumpster/storage areas.
• Complete service requests as assigned.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary.
• Inform supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services.
• Comply with RangeWater Residential’s safety and risk-management policies by attending safety meetings, completing required training on OSHA and other safety-related laws and requirements, and reporting accidents promptly and accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
