Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings; maintain neat common areas and amenities.
• Assist with make-ready process by removing trash from vacants and cleaning dumpster areas.
• Handle service requests and communicate with residents and supervisor as needed.
• Follow safety policies, attend training, and report hazards promptly.
