Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance teammate to uphold the physical aspects of the community, manage grounds and amenities, and support the service team in daily operations. The role emphasizes safety, resident communication, and timely handling of routine requests.

The position requires mobility to perform maintenance tasks, a valid driver’s license for on-property golf cart use, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents with respect and addressing questions.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure neat common areas.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and prepares units for turnover.
• Completes routine service requests and assists make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates meet safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed and reports hazards.
• Responds to resident questions and complaints with sensitivity.
• Attends safety meetings and completes required OSHA training and related requirements.
