The role requires attention to safety, strong resident communication, and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and a competitive base salary, with travel possible to assist other properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Essential responsibilities require attentiveness to safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to respond to maintenance requests and assist in make-ready processes.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures, including OSHA safety training.
• Strong communication with residents and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter and ensure neat common areas and amenities.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and maintains storage areas during make-ready.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready specialist in turnover.
• Changes locks as required and ensures pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and complaints.
• Attends safety meetings and completes OSHA training and related requirements.
• Reports accidents promptly and accurately.
