Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare spaces for turnover.
• Complete routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Change locks per policy and ensure pool area gates meet safety standards.
• Distribute notices to residents as needed.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous, resident-focused customer service and respond to maintenance concerns.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA safety requirements.
