Job summary

BH Management, LLC in Marietta, GA is seeking a reliable Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and interior common areas of our property. You will contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming community for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, trash-out assistance after move-outs, pool area cleaning, posting notices when needed, and keeping tools and workspaces organized. Some overtime or on‑call shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or general maintenance/janitorial.
• Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the condition of exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs, when applicable.
• Keep work areas and maintenance shops organized and clean.
• May assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communication, if applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
