B.HOM Student Living is hiring a Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our Marietta community. You will support daily groundskeeping, cleaning and property upkeep to ensure strong curb appeal and a pleasant living environment for residents.

The role involves outdoor maintenance, trash removal, basic exterior touch-ups, and collaboration with the maintenance team. This full-time, day-shift position may require weekends and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in groundskeeping/maintenance preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Inspect exterior grounds daily.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the community.
• Support with painting curbs and exterior touch-ups.
• Assist maintenance team with unit turns and trash-outs.
• Deliver excellent resident service and ensure a welcoming environment.
