Job summary

Asset Living in Decatur, GA is hiring a Porter to support maintenance operations across our community. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring safety and quality in all work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required and on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks consistent with property objectives under supervision.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Participate in unit inspections and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
