Job summary

Venterra Realty's The Harrison in Atlanta is seeking a Porter to maintain the property's cleanliness and curb appeal, including grounds, pools, and common areas. You will handle trash removal, assist with unit turnover, and support on-call maintenance while working independently to uphold resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have experience in groundskeeping or maintenance, are comfortable outdoors in various weather, and pay strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, swimming pools and spas, parking lots, breezeways and common areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, functionality and safety of amenities at all times.
• Assist in the unit turn process by removing items left by previous residents.
• Deliver notices, manage trash removal, and promptly address debris or hazards on the property. Work independently while following company standards, demonstrating attention to detail, and maintaining a commitment to resident satisfaction.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support the team with other duties as needed to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.
