Job summary

Dayrise Residential in Union City, GA is seeking a Porter to keep the community grounds clean and maintain curb appeal. You will assist with make-ready tasks and support the Community Manager with daily property maintenance.

This role requires basic English proficiency, a High School Diploma or GED, and 1–3 years of property management experience. You must have your own tools and be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Keep community grounds clean to company standards.
• Pick up trash and debris around the property on a regular basis.
• Blow and/or sweep building breezeways and stairways.
• Water the landscaping and greenery.
• Assist all make-ready personnel with move-ins as needed.
• Promote a positive attitude and assist with resident requests.
• Must provide own tools where applicable.
• Ability to speak, listen, read and write English with sufficiency proficiency to maintain a safe environment at all times, which is a business necessity, as further detailed above.
• Practical experience with minor repairs and maintenance duties for multi-family properties
