Job summary

Franklin Energy is an integrated provider delivering DLC installations, maintenance, and related services to residential customers nationwide. The position emphasizes safe, professional execution, basic HVAC aptitude, and adherence to company standards while supporting energy efficiency goals.

You will install, inspect, modify, remove and service Direct Load Control devices, travel up to 95% to job sites, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with teams to meet customer specs and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferably in basic wiring, lighting, HVAC, troubleshooting or related technologies.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
• Basic construction knowledge.
• Basic building science/energy auditing knowledge.
• Experience installing technologies and using tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, modify, remove and service DLC devices as directed.
• Exhibit HVAC technical aptitude and understanding.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ensure customer specifications and quality standards are met.
• Participate in the On-Call Rotation for after-hours service calls.
• Travel to job sites up to 95% as required.
