Job summary

Astound is seeking energetic field-based sales representatives for residential door-to-door opportunities. You will engage residents and property managers, pursue daily leads, and tailor service solutions while representing a leading internet provider.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential through performance. Training starts in November/December across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and time-managed.
• Reliable transportation and, in some markets, a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and property managers.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and understand property portfolio elements.
• Distribute marketing material and facilitate campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language, service levels, and obligations to articulate solutions to customers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitors and market conditions in your area.
