Astound is seeking a motivated field sales representative for residential door-to-door outreach in multiple U.S. locations. The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with earnings potential that can exceed targets through strong performance.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with commission opportunities, and comprehensive benefits when employed full-time. You will engage residents, manage territories, and represent Astound’s trusted internet services.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in outdoor/field sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, autonomous, and quota-driven.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Explain service options and obtain sign-ups at residents' homes.
• Present marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance to management.
• Maintain knowledge of properties, service levels, and contracts.
