Job summary

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential outdoor sales. You will work in the field to acquire new customers in residential environments, engaging residents and property managers with in-person presentations.

Base salary is complemented by uncapped commissions, offering significant upside based on performance. Training starts with a December cohort, and the role requires outdoor, face-to-face activity across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work outdoors and in field environments.
• Proven track record in direct sales and meeting/exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions in assigned territories.
• Pursue leads daily and build pipeline to drive sales momentum.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Present pricing and sign-up orders, and document activities for management.
