Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential outdoor sales across multiple markets. You will engage residents door-to-door, present our internet and TV solutions, and close sign-ups with uncapped commission potential.

The role emphasizes in-field activity, strong communication, and sharp sales skills, with a base salary plus commissions and mentoring support. Base salary ranges with bonus opportunities apply in distributed markets.

• Excellent communications, relationship-building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door role requiring proactive outreach.
• Must be motivated, self-starter and comfortable working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through professional, in-person visits.
• Pursue provided leads daily to build momentum.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Explain solutions and gather sign-up orders from residents.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report progress to management.
