Job summary

Astound is hiring a Direct Sales Representative for residential services to grow our footprint in multiple markets. You will meet residents and property managers face-to-face, present the right service solutions, and close sign-ups in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a total compensation potential that can exceed six figures for high performers. Training starts in December with a strong ramp-up plan.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable in outdoor environments and working in the field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and property managers.
• Ability to build relationships and close sales with customers in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits.
• Pursue leads provided daily and expand territory opportunities.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Present solutions to meet customer needs and sign-up orders.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales stats to management.
• Stay informed about competitive offerings in the market.
