Astound is seeking an enthusiastic Direct Sales Representative to join our residential field-based sales team. You will meet residents, property managers, and referrals to grow our fiber internet services, guided by structured training and a clear ramp-up plan.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and strong earnings potential, with on-target opportunities up to six figures and a comprehensive benefits package. Training begins in December with multiple start-date options.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions.

• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Maintain knowledge of service options, contracts, and local market conditions.
