Astound is seeking a field-based Residential Direct Sales specialist to engage residents at their homes, property managers, and referrals to grow our fiber and internet services. You will travel in designated markets, convert leads, and drive signups with a strong emphasis on in-person engagement.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with uncapped commissions and potential to exceed six figures through performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Pursue provided leads daily.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Deliver quotes and sign-up orders at residences.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales data.
