Astound is hiring a Direct Sales Representative (Residential) to join our field-based team. You will obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interactions, manage leads, and build brand awareness across assigned markets.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and the potential to reach six-figure earnings with strong performance. Flexible start dates in November/December, training in December, and a strong emphasis on outdoor, in-market work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door role; strong earnings potential.
• Base salary with uncapped commissions to drive income.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building needed.
• Must be motivated, self-driven and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions with residents and property managers.
• Pursue leads provided daily and manage opportunities within assigned territories.
• Understand each property’s elements, service levels and obligations.
• Distribute marketing materials and contribute to campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions & signup orders.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales metrics promptly.
• Stay informed about competitive activity in the market.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress.
