Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic Residential Direct Sales representative to drive new customer acquisitions in our field-based environment. You will start with a base salary and uncapped commissions, empowering you to exceed six figures with strong performance.

Training begins in December, with a flexible start date and an emphasis on building momentum for the New Year. You will tour residential areas, engage residents and property managers, present service options, and close sign-ups.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face, door-to-door residential sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communications and relationship-building abilities.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and managers.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property specifics within the portfolio and tailor service solutions.
• Distribute marketing materials and support campaigns to build brand awareness Astound.
• Review property contracts and service levels to ensure accurate sign-ups.
• Report sales statistics promptly to management and stay informed about market competition.
