Job summary

Phoenix House Orange County, Inc. Irvine, CA is seeking a Facility Manager for the PM shift. The role oversees Recovery Support Staff, ensures safety and compliance, and coordinates documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in a co-occurring residential or outpatient treatment setting.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a co-occurring residential or outpatient treatment setting.
• Must maintain a valid California Driver's License, be insured, and have a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and hiring Recovery Support Staff for all shifts.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of Recovery Support Staff and clients.
• Assist Operations Manager to maintain safety, security, and facility efficiency.
• Document room/bed checks, facility checks, and notes in EHR per policy.
• Schedule drills (fire, earthquake, etc.) and ensure compliance.
