Phoenix Houses of California is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee Recovery Support Staff, ensure safety and compliance, and manage daily operations within the facility. The role involves supervising staff, conducting training, and maintaining accurate records in the EHR.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in behavioral health settings, a valid CA driver license, and the ability to manage resources and respond to incidents promptly. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Formación

• Three (3) years of experience in a co-occurring residential or outpatient treatment setting.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a co-occurring residential or outpatient treatment setting.
• Must maintain a valid California Driver's License and auto insurance.
• Must obtain TB test clearance annually.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interviewing and hiring Recovery Support Staff.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of Recovery Support Staff and clients.
• Ensure safety, security, and efficiency of the facility; conduct contraband searches as needed.
• Document room/bed checks, facility checks, and EHR notes by shift end.
• Schedule drills and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead staff meetings and provide corrective action when necessary.
• Oversee shift changes, supplies, and incident documentation.
• Train staff on treatment methods and supervise counseling sessions.
• Maintain supervisory reports and prioritize department work.
