Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• DHCS-recognized AOD Counselor certification required for Registered Facility Manager path.
• Certified Facility Manager path requires DHCS AOD Counselor certification.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire Recovery Support Staff across shifts.
• Supervise Recovery Support Staff and clients on assigned shift.
• Ensure facility safety, security, and policy compliance.
• Document room, bed, and facility checks; maintain logs.
