Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and DHCS AOD recognition.
• Certified Facility Manager preferred with AOD counselor credential.
• Minimum 3 years in co-occurring residential or outpatient settings.
• 2 years supervisory experience in similar settings.
• Valid CA driver's license and auto insurance; clean driving record.
• TB test clearance updated yearly.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire Recovery Support Staff for all shifts.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of staff and clients.
• Ensure safety, security, and facility efficiency; conduct searches as needed.
• Document room/bed checks and facility checks per policy.
• Schedule drills and maintain compliance with licensure requirements.
• Lead staff meetings and supervise performance; prepare corrective actions.
