Job summary

Phoenix House Orange County, Inc. in Victorville, CA is seeking a Facility Manager for the PM shift. You will supervise Recovery Support Staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support facility operations to maintain high-quality treatment services.

The role requires a high school diploma or DHCS AOD Counselor registration, 2 years of supervisory experience, 3 years in a co-occurring treatment setting, and an active CA driver's license with valid insurance. TB clearance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; and DHCS AOD Counselor registration (or equivalent credential).
• Three (3) years in a co-occurring residential or outpatient treatment setting.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a co-occurring setting.
• Must have California driver’s license, insurance, and safe driving record.
• TB test clearance annually.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and hiring Recovery Support Staff across shifts.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of staff and clients.
• Ensure facility safety, security, and compliance operations.
• Document room/bed checks, facility checks, and EHR notes.
• Schedule drills and assist investigations of major incidents.
