Job summary

Selene Finance LP is seeking an REO Eviction Coordinator to manage eviction actions, vacancy status, and property preservation for foreclosed assets. This role coordinates with attorneys, field agents, and vendors to ensure timely access and compliance across multiple states.

You will monitor inspections, review notices and filings, and negotiate CFK offers while maintaining accurate documentation for internal stakeholders and clients. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in REO, foreclosure, default servicing, eviction coordination, or property preservation.
• Knowledge of foreclosure, eviction, and post-sale timelines and requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee eviction process including legal evictions and CFK programs.
• Review inspection results and ensure PPE tasks are initiated per state rules.
• Coordinate with attorneys and field agents, track milestones and provide updates.
