Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Residential Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator in Chicago, IL to support residential retrofit and home energy assessment programs. You will help customers, field teams, and program partners move smoothly through each step—from scheduling and eligibility review to completed assessments and follow-up.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and experience with Excel, CRM tools, and process management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program coordination or related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining records and working with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and customer information for completeness and eligibility.
• Maintain accurate records in program systems for customers, assessments, and referrals.
• Track progress, follow up on items, and resolve scheduling or documentation issues.
• Coordinate with managers, energy advisors, contractors, and teams to ensure timely service delivery.
