Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead energy efficiency programs in Chicago, IL. You will guide a cross-functional team across operations, engineering, and marketing to deliver large-scale programs and exceed client goals.

The role emphasizes developing implementation plans, budgets, and forecasts, while building trusted relationships with clients and industry partners. A strong focus on sustainability and making an impact is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in energy-efficiency or a related field.
• Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets, and plans.
• Excellent project and program management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development of program design including work plans to meet goals and forecasting.
• Coordinate delivery of large-budget energy efficiency programs to utility clients.
• Track and drive program deliverables to be submitted on time.
• Assess progress and develop solutions to market dynamics.
• Manage subcontractors, community partners and stakeholders.
• Interface with IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR to meet program needs.
