Job summary

Resource Innovations in Chicago is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support utility energy efficiency programs. You’ll coordinate campaign plans, track deliverables, draft customer communications, and manage events across multiple channels with internal and external teams.

You’ll collaborate with program delivery teams, clients, contractors, and creative partners to translate program needs into clear marketing requests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or client communication roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing projects from request through completion using Wrike/Smartsheet.
• Support development and execution of campaigns across email, website, social, print, events.
• Review content for accuracy, brand alignment, and client requirements before release.
• Work with partners to communicate project requirements and consolidate feedback.
• Track campaign activity and assist with client reports and presentations.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, webinars, and events.
