Job summary

Resource Innovations in Chicago, IL is seeking a Program Associate to provide vital administrative support for residential energy efficiency programs across the Midwest. You will assess project eligibility, track milestones, and process project data using RI systems and procedures.

Qualifications

BS or BA or 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service, energy efficiency or administrative support roles.
Experience with Microsoft Office apps and Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Interest in sustainability and making an environmental impact.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with clients and colleagues.
Highly organized and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for residential energy efficiency programs across the Midwest.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and external purposes.
Support outreach efforts to program customers, contractors, and community-based organizations.
Coordinate with internal teams across Operations, Planning, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Marketing.
Manage data and track project milestones using program systems.
Ensure data integrity and quality control of systems and processes.
Assist with budget tracking and invoicing.
