Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Residential Energy Efficiency Contractor Manager to strengthen and grow the contractor network delivering the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. You will build trusted relationships with residential HVAC and weatherization contractors and help them navigate the program to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in residential energy efficiency, contractor/account management, construction, program implementation, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across contractors, customers, technical staff, and leadership.
• Experience using Salesforce or a CRM system to manage relationships and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance management of the Residential Program Ally contractor network across the Ameren Illinois service territory.
• Monitor contractor network health and performance using data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate program requirements into practical guidance for contractors and ensure feedback shapes program design.
• Strengthen contractor capacity via recruitment, training, and ongoing engagement.
• Travel up to 50% as needed to support field activities.
