Job summary

Leidos seeks a Residential Energy Efficiency Contractor Manager to grow the Ameren Illinois contractor network. You will manage relationships with residential HVAC/weatherization contractors, translate program requirements into practical guidance, and use data to drive improvements.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a consistent contractor experience and address capacity and recruitment needs while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in residential energy efficiency, contractor management, or related field.
• Direct experience working with contractors and external partners.
• Knowledge of HVAC, weatherization, or building envelope concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams and leadership.
• Ability to balance contractor support with program requirements and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own performance management of the Residential Program Ally contractor network across Ameren Illinois territory.
• Monitor contractor health and performance using data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate program requirements into practical contractor guidance and collect field feedback.
• Strengthen contractor capacity through targeted recruitment, training, and resources.
• Lead onboarding, certifications, insurance, and participation requirements with records in Aleet.
• Collaborate across Residential and Business teams to create a consistent contractor experience.
