Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Residential Energy Efficiency Contractor Manager to strengthen the contractor network delivering the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. You will partner with residential HVAC and weatherization contractors to help them succeed and translate program requirements into practical guidance.

This role blends program management with field insights, emphasizing contractor recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and ensuring contractor voice informs program design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in energy efficiency or related field.
• Experience working directly with contractors and building longevity in relationships.
• Ability to discuss HVAC, weatherization, building envelope with customers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own performance management of the Residential Program Ally contractor network across the Ameren Illinois territory.
• Monitor contractor health and performance using data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate program requirements into practical contractor guidance and represent contractor feedback in program design.
• Strengthen contractor capacity through recruitment, training, and technical resources.
• Develop recruitment strategies for gaps in geography, trade, and capability.
• Support onboarding, certifications, insurance, and program requirement adherence; maintain records in Aleet/Salesforce.
• Collaborate across teams to create a consistent contractor experience and drive contractor-driven customer leads.
