Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Residential Energy Efficiency Contractor Manager to strengthen the contractor network delivering the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. You will coach HVAC and weatherization contractors, translate program requirements into practical guidance, and collaborate across teams to improve performance and participation.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in energy efficiency, strong contractor relationships, and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in residential energy efficiency or related field.
• Experience working directly with contractors and building long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of HVAC, weatherization, and building envelope.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance management of the Residential Program Ally contractor network across the Ameren Illinois service territory.
• Monitor contractor network health using participation, production, quality, training, and geographic coverage data.
• Translate program requirements into practical contractor guidance while incorporating contractor feedback.
• Strengthen contractor capacity through recruitment, training, and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate across Residential and Business Program Ally teams to ensure a consistent contractor experience.
