Job summary

Ballard Natural Gas Service is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead and grow our residential electrical service division in Washington. This role combines technical leadership with people management and revenue responsibility.

You will supervise the daily operations, coach electricians, monitor KPIs, and align the team with safety and quality standards while expanding market presence. Competitive base salary with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Current Washington electrical license is required (minimum O2).
• Electrical Administrator license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the residential electrical service department.
• Drive growth, revenue, profitability, and department performance.
• Coach and develop field technicians to meet performance expectations.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, average ticket, conversion, productivity, callbacks, customer satisfaction.
• Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure service technicians provide thorough evaluations and options.
