Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, construction, or related trades preferred.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, modify, remove, and service Direct Load Control devices.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC issues on site.
• Demonstrate understanding of residential air conditioning systems.
• Use hand tools safely and effectively in field environments.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards on each visit.
• Provide professional customer service in residential settings.
• Document service reports, data entry, and inventory counts accurately.
• Perform routine vehicle safety checks and assist with fleet upkeep.
• Assist with warehouse organization and equipment storage.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and travel to job sites as needed.
• Work independently and with field team members to complete tasks.
