Job summary

Franklin Energy is hiring a field technician to install, inspect, and service Direct Load Control devices in residential settings. You will work with HVAC components, electrical basics, and safety protocols while representing the company professionally on-site.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong customer service and communication skills. Expect travel to client sites, on-call rotations, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in wiring, HVAC, or related tech.
• Basic construction knowledge; building science familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, modify, remove and/or service DLC devices.
• Operate safely and professionally with customer focus.
• Support inventory, vehicle safety checks, and reporting.
• Travel to job sites as needed and participate in on-call rotation.
