Job summary

Little Heroes Home, operated by Justice Resource Institute Inc, in Dracut, MA, seeks a Residential Director to lead a dynamic team and oversee residential care for latency-aged clients in a trauma-informed setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in a supervisory/management capacity within a residential or mental health program, along with a valid driver’s license. The position offers overtime opportunities and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Residential Department with Senior Residential staff and provide care and treatment to clients.
• Ensure residential systems are followed and provide on-call coverage.
• Schedule oversight, ensure staffing ratios are met and discipline when needed.
• Lead residential meetings and trainings, and run shifts when needed.

Little Heroes Home is a Group Home treatment setting for latency-agedclientsthat specializes intraumainformed care.Little Heroes provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $77,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

JRI Provides The Training So That:

• YOU will be able to oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our clients.
• YOU will be able to ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage.
• YOU will be able to provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff.
• YOU will be able to lead residential meetings andtrainings, andrunsresidential shifts when needed.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health programrequired.
• Oncallresponsibilities, at times you willbe requiredto work overtime.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our clients!
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
