Job summary

Justice Resource Institute in Attleboro, MA seeks an Overnight Residential Supervisor to lead a clinical team and ensure safety for teen parents in the Rising Futures Young Parent Living Program. The role emphasizes strong supervision, on-call coverage, and adherence to program policies.

The successful candidate will supervise residential counselors, foster professional development, and uphold client safety and wellbeing, while supporting staff and programming within the YPLP residential

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or above (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Prior supervisory experience in a residential program or mental health facility required.
• Active Driver’s License.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures on-site and during on-call rotations.
• Support professional development of residential counselors through training and supervision.
• Support safety and well-being of students.
• Support staff and programming through knowledge of the YPLP residential department policies and procedures.

Are you the Overnight Residential Supervisor we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic clinical team and bring an energetic and positive approach while working with our clients!

Rising Futures Young Parent Living Program (Formally known as the Teen Parenting Program) is a DCF and DTA funded residential program for teen parents who are pregnant and/or parenting. We provide apartment style living in a staff supported environment. The YPLP offers services including independent living and parenting skill groups, education and job search support, day care and medical referrals, housing search and aftercare support.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $22.50 to $33.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.

• Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients.
• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Active Driver’s License.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
