Justice Resource Institute in Littleton, MA is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and uphold high standards of student safety and care at Littleton Academy. The role focuses on supervision, safety procedures, and program consistency on site.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Group home, residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
• Maintains valid driver's license as transporting students is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.

Job description

Are you the Residential Supervisor we have been looking for? In this position, youwillbe ableto conveyyourpassionforhelping othersby leading a dynamic teamand bringing anenergetic and positive approachwhile working with our students!

Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students that specializes in trauma informed care. Littleton provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $22.50 to $33.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
