Justice Resource Institute Inc. is hiring an Assistant Program Director for Little Heroes Home in Massachusetts. This role leads a dynamic team and brings an energetic, positive approach while working with our clients to deliver focused care.

You will oversee residential, clinical and nursing services and supervise the Administrative Team, ensuring services to youth and families remain compliant and of high quality. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in residential treatment are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least five years’ experience in a residential treatment program, with at least three years in a supervisor/management role.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and leadership abilities.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to the residential, clinical and nursing services at Little Heroes Home to ensure trauma-informed care across all domains.
• Provide leadership toward the program’s mission and vision and supervise Little Heroes Home’s Administrative Team including Clinical, Residential and Nursing Directors.
• Oversee operations of all client services and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory partners.

Little Heroes Home is a Group Home treatment setting for latency-aged clients that specializes intraumainformed care.Little Heroes provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $48,000 to $103,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

JRI Provides Training So That:

• YOU will be able to assist the Program Director in providing oversight and leadership to the staff including the residential, clinical and nursing services at Little Heroes Home to ensure that across all domains, youth are receiving state of the art, trauma informed care.
• YOU will be able to provide leadership toward the mission and vision of the program and provide direct supervision to Little Heroes Home’s Administrative Team including Clinical, Residential and Nursing Directors and be responsible for the provision of all services to youth and families, including but not limited to residential, educational and clinical services.
• YOU will be able to provide responsibilities for the operations of all client's services and support set forth by licensing and regulatory partners.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degreein psychology, education, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least five years’ experience in a residential treatment program for population served, with at least three years at the supervisor/management level.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and leadership abilities.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
