Justice Resource Institute in Littleton Academy seeks a Senior Residential Supervisor to lead the Residential Department’s team and uphold trauma-informed care for latency-aged students. You will supervise staff, coordinate shifts, and ensure safety and adherence to policies in a 24-hour residential setting.
The role requires supervisory experience in mental health, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students that specializes in trauma informed care. Littleton provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
The pay range for this position is $22.50 to $33.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
